Girls Education 

About 50%  of the total population of our country are female. But girls are after tremendously neglected or maltreated in our society. Even sometimes they are deprived of education. As a result the nation suffers terribly . Education is the prerequisite of any development. So, girls education is a must  for our overall development. Girls education improves  be described in words. religious misinterpretation and social superstition contribute largely to it. It is high time we took the issue of girls education with due importance. For this first of all, we have to change our outlook towards girls education realizing the importance  of educating girls. All necessary steps should also be taken to encourage girls education for the greater welfare of the nation.

Progress of technical education 

Bangladesh is a developing country. It is developing in every sector day by day. It is also developing in it sector. Still now we need skilled man power. Only technical education can make skilled manpower . The universities have started branches for the technical students. They are providing technical education. Besides govt institutes there many non govt polytechnic institutes approved by the govt all over the country. Govt is also interested to spread the technical education countrywide.

How to learn English 

English is the medium of international communication. It helps to get higher education.. It also helps to get good jobs. Hence the importance of English is great. To acquire good command over English, one has to practice four skills listening speaking . reading and writing . One can develop one's ability to understand English by listening to TV/radio or the conversation of the English speaking people. Learning is another process through which one can practice reading and writing . A learner should enrich his vocabulary by keeping a note book of unknown words. He must practice writing and speaking all the time. Thus one can learn English.

mill visit

During the last winter, I paid a visit to the north Bengal sugar a mill. It is situated in natore . It is more of the biggest sugar mills in our country. I was impressed to see the activities of the labour of the mill. I observed the procedure of making sugar from sugarcane . Hre i saw the mill in functioning basically in three shifts . The shift incharge changes the shifts. At first the labours collect sugarcane from farmers. Then they push the cane into the machine. The total mill area is a highly complex structure . The whole place is well secured . The mill is generated and promoted by technologies. The mill is running six months a year. The quality of production of sugar of this mill is very good.  I learn some practical knowledge to visit the  mill.

Garment industies in bangladesh 

Garment industries mean the industries located in the building where a variety of shirts, pants, sweater etc. Are made by the workers , mainly by the women folk. Ready-made garments are made here to be exported. Garment industry is the industry that enjoys the popularity in Bangladesh . Many women's have come forward to face the challenge of life and reality. Many families have now seen the good days of solvency . Many women working in the garment  industries  contribute to the income of their families.  In some industries the women works are well paid and in some  cases they are low paid. In some cases they are oppressed . so , some rules should be adopted to encore their rights. Sixty percent of the total foreign income comes from the garment industries. So , the garment industries  should be protected, financed and patronized by the government.

Technical education

The word technical means the practical use of machinery methods etc in science and industry . That's why technical  education means practical education. Hence we find two types of education one is practical and other is theoretical. The  present age is the age of practical or technical education. Technical education makes the learners fit for work . The world is a global village. To compete with other countries we need more and more technical or skilled manpower. If we  look at the developed countries, we see that this has become possible because of technological advancement . So to make rapid progress, there is no alternative to technical education. Technical education can drive away unemployment and poverty from the society . It is hopeful that the govt. Encourager's technical education . The world bank and the doner's countries are also financing in the sector of technical education.

Communicative competence

Communicative competence refers to the ability to use language appropriately in deferent circumstances. There are two ways of developing communicative competence in a language. The first is acquisition which is similar to the  way people develop ability in their mother tongue. It is a natural , subconscious process  in which users are not communicate in non-technical terms, acquisition is picking up a language spontaneously . It may also be called learning  that language. It refers to conscious knowledge of a language ,  knowing the rules of language use, being  aware of using them and being able to talk about the in non-technical terms learning is to know consciously about a language. It may be described as explicit learning . Language specialists believe that acquiring a language is  more successful and longer listing than  learning. Therefore , teachers these days encourage learns of a second language to practice and experience the languages in different situations where they are involved in communicating with others . And that is exactly what the tasks in this book are designed to do.

Empowerment of women 

About half of the population of our country  is women. Without the large number of women the development of the country is not possible . Women are now joining the outside work. The are not kept inside the home. They are joining  the bar, army , navy , police , judicial service. They are becoming doctor, teacher, engineer, pilot. Now they are involving in politics. At present our prime minister, speaker, opposition leader are women . The percentage of elected female MPs , mayors , councilors, upuzilla chairman, vice chairman, union council chairman are increasing ,. Moreover there are at least 40 MPs, and some ministers. Besides their contribution to the development of our country is great. Our garment sectors totally depend on female  works . They are working in offices, banks  factories, schools, colleges and universities, in armed forces, trade and commerce. The are working in production and in agriculture . All these are the signs of empowerment of women in Bangladesh .
